Access and download the necessary forms for managing your card or card transactions. Whether you need to initiate a chargeback application with VISA, replace or cancel your card, please fill in the form and send with the required documents to our email address info@finpod.io .  The forms are available in both English and Traditional Chinese.

Please note:

• Ensure to complete and submit the forms with all the required documentation to facilitate your chargeback, replacement or cancellation process effectively;
• “ePaylinks Technology Co., Limited” (ePaylinks) is the issuer of the FinPod Card. Your application will be handled and processed by ePaylinks;
• “Global Cash Card” mentioned in the form refers to FinPod Card;
• If you lost your card, you should lock the card immediately via FinPod App, and submit the Card Replacement Form to us to cancel the old card and issue a new card;
• You can leave blank for the field “New card number” in the Card Replacement Form, we will assign a new card number for you;
