All participants must be enrolled students and must adhere to the code of conduct set by FinPod. Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times during the visit. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the tour.
FinPod will provide adequate adult supervision in accordance with recommended ratios. Students must follow all instructions given by the tour supervisors for safety and security reasons. Participants must report any incidents or health issues immediately to the supervisors.
The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as security requirements, weather, or operational needs. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel parts of the tour without prior notice.
FinPod will take reasonable precautions for the safety of participants but are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Photographs or videos may be taken during the visit for educational and promotional purposes. However, students must not take pictures of documents, screens, or staff faces during the tour. Parents/guardians may opt out of photography by notifying the organizers in writing before the tour.
Students must comply with all security protocols and confidentiality requirements of the bank. Unauthorized recording or disclosure of sensitive information is strictly prohibited.
